• I have nothing but good things to say about Renter's Choice. After over a month of dealing with rental agencies and their dud showings, Renter's Choice found me an apartment within one week of looking. My girlfriend and I had been to at least 3 other medium to larger offices, and their people consistently annoyed us by being difficult to coordinate with, and showing us places that clearly did not fit our original requirements/parameters for a suitable apartment. This was made more frustrating by the fact that almost every agent from other offices seemingly noted our requirements and still showed us unsuitable rentals. Renter's Choice also made note of our requirements and "likes/dislikes", but actually presented options that fell within those parameters. We did not feel like one of one hundred possible renters for that agent (as we did at some of the larger agencies). Our agent was waiting for us promptly at every meeting, and was well-organized and informed as to the details of each property, as well as friendly and genuinely interested in our finding a great apartment. Renter's choice also provided us with the added service of email notifications when a property that matched our requirements became available in the MLS (multi-listing something-or-other), so that we could check it out before making an appointment to see it in person. Their website made it easy to flag these properties as Yes/No/Maybe, and usually had photos. Overall, a great experience, and definitely the type of agency that works with you to get you in an apartment you actually LIKE!! They aren't just looking to push people into renting one of a thousand crappy listings you'd find if you had no direction. Thanks Renter's Choice!

• I wanted to take a second and say that the agent that assisted us, Jeff Kaminski, did a excellent job and we had an exemplary experience with him. We found the perfect place and did it in only one weekend. After a couple phone conversations and online pictures, he was able to narrow down our thoughts and create a list of places that had the exact look, price and location range that we were hoping for. He was very knowledgable, friendly and supportive throughout the process. Everything worked very smoothly and efficiently.... it was a pleasure working with him.
